While getting lost on the outskirts of Walnut Creek (more accurately, Boulevard Circle where Mount Diablo meets Camino Diablo), I stumbled upon the new home of Salon L, a great little gem voted Best of the Bay, in addition to Val & Co. and Alma Bella. Tiny, unassuming storefronts. Big talent. Not to mention a couple of floral and antique boutiques nestled in between. So perfect for an afternoon of consultation hopping.
I affectionately call this street Salon Row. It has a little bit of old school flavor, which is refreshing when you’re used to big salons with long waiting lists, no parking and lots of attitude.
